They say Virginia is for wine lovers—but it’s for music lovers, too. And there’s nothing quite like the smooth sounds of jazz floating through the air while you sip wine in a vineyard surrounded by friends, family, and scenic beauty. That’s exactly what’s in store at the 4th Annual Mad Jazz & Wine Festival, happening September 6, 2025, at the stunning Prince Michel Vineyard & Winery.
As a devoted fan of both wine and music—and someone who got her professional start producing festivals—I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining this year’s event as hostess! It’s been a while since I’ve stepped onto a festival stage, but I’m energized, grateful, and beyond excited to help bring this incredible experience to life.

I’ll have the honor of welcoming guests and introducing a lineup of Grammy-winning and nationally acclaimed jazz artists. For me, this event is a true harmony of passions: wine, music, art, community, and celebration. I’ll also be hosting a few fun segments throughout the day, including wine and jazz pairing tips and a lively round of Virginia wine trivia—where lucky winners will receive a copy of my adult coloring book, Vineyard Vibes: An Adult Coloring Journey through Virginia Wine Country.
Set against the backdrop of Madison County’s rolling hills, Prince Michel is part of the Monticello Wine Trail and home to the award-winning Prince Michel and Rapidan River wines. The Mad Jazz & Wine Festival is more than an event—it’s a celebration of culture, creativity, and community.
Even better? It supports a great cause. A portion of all proceeds benefits the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, helping to combat food insecurity and support families across Central Virginia. So, by attending, you’re not only treating yourself—you’re also giving back.
